Return Policy
We hope that you love your item, but understand that it may not fit just right or be what you wanted. In the event that this occurs we offer a return for store credit only. We do ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to start to return request.
To be eligible for a return for a store gift card, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will also ask for receipt or proof of purchase. If the item returned shows obvious signs of wear such as dirty sweatbands under hats, or shirts showing stains, holes or smells of body odor or laundry detergent, then an exchange/store credit will not be granted.
To start a return request, you can contact us at thebrandcostore@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted. Original shipping is non-refundable. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit once we process your return, upon receiving and inspecting the item(s) returned.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, smoke, pet hair, cologne or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
